You will work closely with cross-functional teams in Finance, HR, Legal, and Service Solutions while managing development PODs, vendor relationships, and IT operational budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP & Core Applications: Serve as the functional/technical IT lead for SAP implementations and support across key modules (SD, Finance, HR/P&C;, Legal, and Service Solutions).
Legacy Application Management: Manage Level 2/3 support models for legacy corporate applications across LATAM, ensuring compliance with local requirements (including Mexico CFDI and tax/localization rules).
Delivery & Governance: Oversee development PODs and application delivery, ensuring strict alignment with enterprise IT architecture, security, data governance, and release management standards.Modernization & Simplification: Drive digital core landscape simplification, cloud integrations (Azure), and CI/CD automated release management.People & Vendor Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 direct reports, while managing third-party application development and support vendors.Stakeholder & Financial Management: Partner with senior business leadership, drive change management,



and manage budgeting and cost control for the LATAM application portfolio.Requirements & QualificationsLanguage: Fluent English (C1 or C2 level mandatory) for daily interaction with international teams.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:5+ years in IT application development and support roles.5+ years leading/managing teams in multinational environments.3+ years of hands‐on experience with SAP implementations, cutover activities, and functional/technical coordination.Domain & Technical Expertise:In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, HCM/SuccessFactors, SD, etc.) and integration patterns.Deep understanding of corporate application landscapes, ERPs, payroll, and LATAM/Mexico tax localization (CFDI, electronic compliance).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure), hybrid architectures, and CI/CD tools.Hands‐on proficiency with Project Management and Agile tools (Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps; Scrum/Kanban/SAFe frameworks).
