Then this is the perfect job for you.Job OverviewThe Process Engineer is responsible for developing a Process Control Strategy that drives continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Key goals include optimizing complexity and changes over time, improving material utilization, understanding and improving production rate (PR) by reducing high variability, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and manufacturing standards to reduce defects, unplanned holds, and waste.
The role requires hands-on involvement with at least 50% of time on the plant floor and active participation in training and technical initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Ensure process execution in compliance with internal control standards, safety, and quality control.Provide support and training during failure investigations in processes.Master the definition of PR measures.Benchmark and evaluate manufacturing standards (GMP, PR SWP, DMS).
Possess deep knowledge of technology, equipment, mechanics,
electrical systems, and process transformations.Promote zero-loss mindset and simplification.Utilize IWS and plant-specific systems for initiatives.Manage loss mapping for production lines.Contribute to preliminary manufacturing scope responses (C&F; responses).
Map current operational parameters and develop improvement plans to maximize capacity.Prepare result reports and monitor work processes from Start-Ups to project closure.Ensure line availability to meet Service Objectives and effectiveness of improvement plans.Manage and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) costs and improvement plan costs according to financial forecasts.Identify efficiency opportunities in projects.Lead and participate in IWS training, AM/PM pillar evaluations, and GSUM+/DTM trainings.Ensure knowledge transfer to packaging lines and multidisciplinary teams.Nice to Have SkillsBasic understanding of P2P processes (Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt)Important Note for Candidates:Before submitting your application, we encourage you to review our Hiring Process and Assessment Information.
