This individual contributor role supports the concept, design, and development of transmission systems and components using in-house and commercial simulation tools.The engineer will work under the guidance of experienced design and mechatronics engineers to build technical capability and contribute to drivetrain simulation activities.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, development, and validation of mechanical drivetrain hardware to ensure product requirements are achieved.Build, improve, and maintain simulation models in accordance with corporate modeling standards.Define test plans and validation conditions for components and systems.Apply standard work and automation processes to run simulations efficiently.Participate in design reviews to share results and incorporate feedback from process partners.Basic QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, Mechatronics Engineering, or related from an accredited university.Advanced English-speaking level is required.Skill the candidate must haveTechnical and Analytical Skills:Intermediate working knowledge in drivetrain systems design, development, modeling, or simulation.Strong technical and analytical skills,
