We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable **Bookkeeper**to join a growing, high-performing team that supports clients across the United States.
This role is adecuado for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles who enjoys maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and contributing to efficient financial operations in a collaborative, remote environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in accounting systems
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain general ledger and ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Support payroll processing and related reporting (if applicable)
- Organize and maintain financial records and documentation
- Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members




- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience)
- At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and U.S. GAAP
- Experience with financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
