We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer Team Lead:
**Activities**:
- Lead a team of 4 engineers, ensuring quality, performance, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate daily with the client's team (English communication required).
- Design and implement REST APIs (Spring Boot).
- Guide front-end integration using Angular and TypeScript.
- Drive code reviews, best practices, and technical decisions.
- Provide regular updates, syncs, and reporting to the client.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in or Engineering in: Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Electronic Engineering or related field with a specialization in software
- +8 years of experience
- Experience in full-stack development experience (Java, Spring Boot, Angular,



TypeScript).
- Proven team leadership or tech lead experience.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, versioning tools, and CI/CD.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
