With a small team across sales, operations, logistics, inventory, marketing, and accounting, we are building a highly organized, efficient, and scalable business.
As we grow, we are looking for a **hands-on, highly capable Business Operations Coordinator** to help us strengthen our internal systems, define and develop processes and support our team.
**Position Overview**
This role is the operational backbone of the company.
The **Business Operations Coordinator** ensures that information flows correctly between departments, processes are followed,



and daily operations run smoothly.
You will work closely with sales, accounting, HR, and operations to support execution, improve organization, and reduce inefficiencies.
This is a **high-responsibility, high-impact role** for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take ownership.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,****** - $6,****** per week
