**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support project objectives.
- Assist in the design and implementation of software solutions using.Net CITS Java and Visual Basic.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Provide support in testing and quality assurance to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans.
- Support the development of training materials and user guides for end-users.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.




- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance business analysis capabilities.
**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in.Net CITS Java and Visual Basic.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Have a basic understanding of Governance Risk & Compliance Finance & Accounting or Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Be able to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Display a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
**Certifications Required**
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification preferred.
