**YOUR TASKS**
- Lead and develop the Robust Verification team, building capabilities, coaching engineers, and creating a high‐performance culture.
- Define and own the overall verification strategy (DVP&R;, DV/PV execution, environmental & reliability tests, EMC, durability).




- Ensure design robustness through strong alignment with Systems, Hardware, Software, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
- Represent the function in customer meetings, design reviews, and program milestones.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's in electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive product development and strong background in verification/reliability testing.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
- Experience with APQP/PPAP, FMEA.
- Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of statistical tools (DOE, Weibull, etc.).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English
