**Job Title: Creative Web & Graphic Designer (Remote - Mexico)**
**About the Role**
We are looking for a talented, versatile Creative Web & Graphic Designer to join our team.
This role is perfect for a self-starter residing in Mexico who possesses a unique blend of technical WordPress skills and high-end visual design aesthetics.
You will be responsible for maintaining our web presence and creating stunning visual assets that align with our brand identity.
**Key Requirements**
- Location: Must currently reside in Mexico.
- Language: Fluent in conversational English (written and verbal).
- Schedule: Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:20 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).
Please ensure this shift works for your local time zone.
**Technical Skills & Qualifications**
- WordPress Expert: Advanced proficiency in WordPress management.
- DIVI Master: Deep experience using the DIVI theme and builder to create responsive, custom layouts without relying solely on templates.
- Graphic Design Pro: A strong portfolio demonstrating "excellent" design skills (layout, typography, color theory, and branding).
- Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or industry-standard tools like Figma/Canva.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Web Development: Build, update, and optimize website pages using WordPress and DIVI.
- Visual Design:



Create high-quality graphics for web, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital assets adhere to brand guidelines.
- Troubleshooting: Perform regular site maintenance and resolve layout or plugin issues.

- You have a sharp eye for detail—nothing "pixelated" or misaligned gets past you.
- You are reliable and punctual, especially regarding the PST work window.
- You are a problem solver who can turn a rough concept into a polished digital experience.
**Compensation Structure (USD)**
We offer a hybrid pay model based on the task:
- Maintenance & Hourly Tasks: $8.00 USD per hour.
- New Website Builds (Project-Based):
- 5-Page Website: $****** USD
- 10-Page Website: $****** USD
- 15-Page Website: $****** USD
- 20-Page Website: $****** USD
