As a **Quality Engineer**, you will be responsible for customer service, providing support and follow‐up on any issues that may arise related to service quality within our coating services business, Metokote.
You will work #LI-Onsite reporting to the quality coordinator in our plant located in San Luis Potosí.
**Main Responsibilities**
- You will communicate with end customers to address complaints related to the quality of the painting services provided.
- You will make efficient decisions to determine and implement actions aimed at resolving service quality issues.
- You will work as part of a team, ensuring follow‐up, and coordination with other departments to provide solutions to our customers.
**Qualifications**
- Education in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- 6+ months of experiencie wirh desiderable knowledge of painting processes, including _E‐coat, powder coating, and liquid painting_.
- Intermediate English, with the ability to hold business conversations and talk with international customers.
- Basic Excel (data entry, basic formulas)
