**EXPERIENCIA EN INDUSTRIAS DE MANUFACTURA AUTOMOTRIZ Y DE MOLDEO (DETERMINANTE PARA EL PUESTO)**
- Fully bilingual (English-Spanish) is a must.
**INGLES FLUIDO CONVERSACIONAL (DETERMINANTE PARA EL PUESTO)**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Quality Management experience.
- Record of proven results improving site level quality metrics related to PPM and cost.
- Demonstrated managerial courage; self-confident and able to act as role model to drive system improvements across all functions.
- Must have a holistic overview of complex situations and deal effectively with difficult issues when they arise.
- Analytically minded and data-driven.
- Working knowledge of cost of poor quality.
- Strong working knowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, GR&R;, LPA and AIAG Standards.
