Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred.
3 to 5 years managing software development teams.
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, to deliver solutions.
Experience in all scrum ceremonies.
Leadership and management experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Conversational English.
