MISSION
To lead Buyer/PPL team to achieve economic, quality, service purchasing targets and the project team's objectives.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensure the achievement of the purchasing budget in his/er Country.
- Monitor local purchasing objectives, aligned with corporate and local objectives.
- Take part in defining the suppliers optimum panel and take responsibility for its execution.
- Ensure all assignment processes are presented to the Assignment Committees.
- Ensure fulfillment of the Purchasing function in all the FDS (Ficosa Development System) stages.
- Represent the Purchasing function in the projects linked to improvement teams (e.g., stocks reduction, suppliers' panel reduction, charges administration, supplier quality, etc.).
- Coordinate and prioritize Buyer/PPL team activities.
- Lead the Suppliers Performance Review meetings.
- Participate in the Savings Opportunity List (SOL) and ensure its actions are implemented.
- Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.




Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
- Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
**Academic background**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
**Languages**:
Fluent local language & Fluent English (written & spoken)
**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years in a similar position or as a Plant Quality Manager.
Experience in other functions (engineering or production) would be of additional value
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
**Additional training**:
Specialized in Quality would be of additional value
