We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer II, Systems Infrastructure, to join our team with multifaceted strengths in Tijuana, Mexico.

You will be responsible for attending to support tickets, providing excellent customer service, handling users and vendors, and collaborating with different teams across various areas.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide IT technical support, resolving issues with Windows operating systems, maintaining hardware and software, and managing IT ticketing systems.
- Configure, deploy, maintain, and support computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones,



and other computer and telecommunications equipment.
- Install and support PC, laptop, tablet, and mobile hardware and software.
- Collaborate with hardware and software vendors to ensure timely product delivery and installation.
- Detail procedures, standards, configurations, settings, installation sequences, and back-out instructions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related role.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of using the ServiceNow platform for handling and addressing support tickets, including crafting, updating, and resolving incidents.
- Demonstrable experience supporting printers within the organization.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
**Environmental Conditions**:
Office environment with some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required, such as safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.
