We are currently looking for a **Purchasing Specialist - After Sales Parts & Accessories** to join our team in **Toluca, México**.
This role is essential to ensuring the strategic sourcing and uninterrupted supply of post-sale automotive components, supporting Nissan's commitment to quality, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence.
A Day in the Life
- Negotiate and establish competitive pricing for assigned commodities, aligned with Nissan's cost reduction goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers to meet current and future production and non-production requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure continuous supply and resolve any sourcing issues.
- Manage purchasing contracts, orders, and supplier records with precision and compliance.
- Lead cost reduction initiatives and support procurement of MRO items and facility-related services.
Who We're Looking for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Engineering, Business, International Trade).
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier development skills.
- Knowledge of commodity markets and commercial/legal regulations.
- Ability to perform hybrid work (3x2) based in **Toluca, México**.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
Desired
- Experience with cost and manufacturing process analysis.
- Proficiency in English (business fluent).
