**What You'll Do**:
- Own our **Klaviyo** program end-to-end — from campaign strategy to creative execution.
- Build and refine **automated flows** (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, loyalty) that speak directly to our community.
**Tell Stories That Sell**
- Write fresh, on-brand copy that captures our tone — confident, chic, and a little playful.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design scroll-stopping layouts that look stunning on every screen.
- Align content with our eCommerce, influencer, and social teams for a seamless cross-channel experience.
**Test, Track & Optimize**
- Analyze campaign performance — open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue attribution — and use insights to continuously level up.
- Maintain healthy deliverability and subscriber list hygiene (because clean data = happy results).
**Personalize & Segment**




- Use data-driven insights to craft advanced **segmentation and personalization** strategies.
- Leverage Klaviyo's dynamic features to create customer journeys that feel curated, not automated.
**Who You Are**:
- A **Klaviyo power user** who knows how to turn flows into revenue and subscribers into superfans.
- Obsessed with both **creative storytelling and data** — you know your metrics but trust your intuition.
- Strong sense of **style and brand voice** — you know what resonates with a modern, fashion-forward audience.
- Experience with **Shopify** or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Bonus: Familiar with HTML/CSS or design tools like Figma or Canva.
