Position Summary
This position reports to the Loan Servicing Department Supervisor and is responsible for providing administrative support to the Members and Collections department.

Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Process and review CRM submissions from the collections team
- Review and provide feedback on member accounts
- Prepare end-of-month reports (experience with Excel and Pivot Tables is a must)
- Support efforts with outside collection agencies through coordination with key staff
- Review reports and assist agency staff and clients upon request
- Place outbound calls as needed and assist members with escalated financial situations
- Make outbound collection calls for specialty accounts
- Perform any and all other duties as assigned

Pay Information
- Loan Servicing Administrator: $23,000 - $24,000 Pesos monthly + monthly bonus
- Agents are scheduled for 40 hours per week, divided into 5 days

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or High School Equivalence Certificate
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in high-volume workloads
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong mathematical and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of FDCPA
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
