**Responsibilities**:
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will work with a team to:
- Assist in analyzing and mapping our current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework
- Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction in the Sourcing and Logistics areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, procurement, production, logistics, returns, customer service, and operations to gather data and insights for process optimization
- Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives, such as inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment

- Line Balancing based on takt times.
- Create/update engineering documentations ( method sheets, flow charts, Lay out, etc).
- Identify opportunities to improve labor, materials and overhead.
- Line Lay out Design.
- Work instruction design.
- Be able to perform all IE functions & assist with training of seasonal employees.
- Involvement in review of daily process records for learning purposes.
- Ability to work at a proficient pace, be self-directed and maintain specific job assignments throughout entire shift.
Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree between **June 202**6.
- ** Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer.
