**About the Role**
**What You Will Do**
You'll join a team with diverse project responsibilities and have valuable networking opportunities with all levels of Caterpillar employees.
This is an entry level engineering position that begins with an 18-month-long development rotational program focused on building technical abilities in roles including (but not limited to):
**Education requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with an embedded software focus.
- Minimum cumulative Grade Point Average of 80.
- Must be willing to travel 10% of the time.
Domestically and internationally.
- Recently Graduated or within a year of Graduation.
- This position requires advanced English.

**Additional Information**:
- Applicants will be considered throughout Mexico; however, the primary location will be Monterrey (Torre Santa María).
- Relocation is NOT available.
- Sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
