**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
Responsible for maintaining updated personnel system information to ensure proper payroll processing.
Assists the Vice President of Human Resources,



Is responsible for the coordination of one or more of the following areas of the Human Resources department.
**EDUCATION**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration or related field.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- 2 years of professional experience in the Human Resources area.
- Handling of the Tress System in the Human Resources module (capture and consultation module).
- Administration and control of personnel files.
**KNOWLEDGE**:
- Payroll process basics.
- IMSS (additions, cancellations and salary modifications).
- Federal Labor Law.
- Recruitment process.
- Training (Annual training program and detection of training needs)
- Success Factor (desirable).
