E80 Group's Engineering Team is dedicated in developing highly automated machines, systems and projects to our diverse range of customer automated facilities in North and Central America.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support in travel activities.
- Management travel requirements (flights purchasing, hotel booking, diligences, etc).
- Be the contact with other branches to support team travel.




- Update travel agencies information and sites.
- Support the office administration (facilities reports, suppliers, expenses, and invoicing, etc.).
- Administration reports.
**Requirements**:
- Active student in Administration programs or related.
- Communication Skills:
- Ability to understand the team needs.
- Good Command of English:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English for effective communication within our general team.
- Availability to Work Mornings:
- Flexibility to work during morning hours to align with team schedules and customer needs.
