The Auto CSR position requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual responsible for communicating with consumers and dealer-clients.
- Document and update customer information in proprietary CRM systems
- Field general inquiries and provide outstanding client solutions




- Set and calendar appointments to ensure maximum sales opportunities for dealer-clients
- Exhibit excellent judgment and discretion with complex consumer finance scenarios and consumer information
