Responsibilities
Data collection (Financial and Supplier Profiles)
Data analysis (Spend via PRISM and RFP/Qs via Ariba)
Database creation (Excel expertise)
Data reporting (PPT)
Chart creation in Excel
Mass e‐mail generation
Contacting our supply base
Collecting data from our suppliers
Confirming and working with our CM/SSLs
Coordinating with Finance and IPO team members on financial data
Qualifications
6th semester & above
Communication – fluent in ENGLISH
