Your Team ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking an intern to join our Real Estate Client Service organization in Monterrey, Mexico.
This position is best suited for a results-driven, self-starter with a strong workethic and interest in the Investment Finance field.
You will have a unique opportunity to work with a cross-functional global team, build professional connections, and learn the businessmodel and the intricacies of this industry.
The main role for this position is to assist the Real Estate Client Service Team by preparing information, analyzing data and account maintenance.
The role also includes strategic support activities such as preparing presentation, dashboards, handling clients and student requests, acknowledging cases, and actively participating in presentations and projects for the coverage organization.Your Key ResponsibilitiesData extraction and analysis for our Real Estate products to support the coverage team's commercial activitiesSupport on the administrative tasks of the Real Estate Client Service teamPrepare and work on designated projects and recurrent tasks determined by the Real Estate Client Service membersParticipate on designated recurrent projects for the Coverage organizationThis is a 1-year internship as minimumCandidate will need to be available to work 30 hours per weekAct as point of contact between clients, coverage and internal teams for routine inquiries and data requestsHandle basic client requests and help the analytics team document casesYour skills and experience that will help you excelExcellent English Communication6th or 7th semester Students from Business, Finance, Economics, majorsThe candidate should be able to work for 30 hours per weekA self-starter and highly motivated individual,
