As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will help lead the daily execution of our Business Operations team, with a focus on inventory and workflow management.
You will be responsible for coordinating on-site team members, delegating daily priorities, monitoring execution, escalating issues, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.

Oversee on‐site team workflows by prioritizing, delegating, providing operational guidance, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.Operational Initiatives: Support system implementations, process updates, and operational projects that improve transactional execution and scalability.RequirementsExperience Requirement: 3+ year of experience in operations, e-commerce, or another fast‐paced environment preferred.Execution Focus: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.Problem‐Solving Mindset: Comfortable identifying issues, making decisions, and resolving operational problems in real time.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new operational systems and software.Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree preferred.Communication: Fluent in English Required (bilingual candidates preferred).
