This role offers the opportunity to design innovative solutions, optimize processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What will you do?
Design and optimize manufacturing systems with focus on process design, capacity planning, and performance metrics
Implement preventive maintenance programs that enhance equipment reliability and reduce operational downtime
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodology to boost productivity and quality
Analyze production data and equipment performance to identify and execute process optimization opportunities
What are the key skills we are looking for?

Manufacturing Process Optimization — intermediate level; analyzing and refining production workflows to enhance output quality
Automation Integration — intermediate level; implementing automated solutions to streamline manufacturing operations

Manufacturing Design and Methodology — intermediate level; designing systems that balance efficiency, ergonomics, and capacity

Continuous Improvement — developing level; identifying and executing initiatives that drive operational excellence
Operational Health and Safety Management — developing level; maintaining compliance with safety regulations and standards
