Prepare food following recipes and standards

Requirements:
Culinary Requirements by Level
Assistant Cook (Entry Level)
6 months – 2 years kitchen experience OR culinary school + internship
Basic culinary skills (knife skills, hygiene, food prep)
Ability to follow recipes and instructions
English level: B1 minimum
Ship experience:
Not required
Cook (Intermediate Level)
3–4 years total kitchen experience
Minimum 1 year as Cook or similar position
Ability to manage a station and work independently
Solid knowledge of hot and cold kitchen operations
English level: B1–B2
Ship experience:
Not required (preferred)
Assistant Chef de Partie – ACDP (Advanced Level)
4–5+ years kitchen experience
Minimum 1–2 years in a leadership or section responsibility role
Ability to manage a section independently
Strong knowledge of food production, organization, and supervision
Basic inventory and requisition knowledge
English level: B2 preferred
Ship experience:
Preferred but not mandatory
General Requirements (All Levels)
Experience in:
Restaurants
Hotels
or industrial kitchens (offshore/tankers)
Up-to-date CV with no unexplained gaps
Verifiable employment references
Ability to work:
