HR Generalist

Position Objective
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations, including NOM-035.
This role requires strong on-floor presence, supporting operational and unionized employees while driving employee engagement and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage labor relations, including disciplinary actions and employee conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, NOM-035 requirements, surveys, and audits.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and company events.
Maintain HR administrative processes, including attendance records and employee documentation.




Oversee employee services such as transportation, cafeteria, and uniforms.
Lead operational and administrative recruitment processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
5–8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with unionized workforces.
Strong knowledge of NOM-035 and labor compliance.
Advanced English (required).
Bilingual Spanish & English is highly desirable.
