This executive will lead the finance function across Latin America, acting as a strategic partner to regional and general leadership to drive profitable growth, financial performance, and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
Partner with commercial and regional leaders to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management.
Lead and develop the regional finance team while driving operational excellence.
Profile
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within multinational organizations.
Strong background in FP&A;, controlling, business partnering, and financial reporting.
Experience leading multicultural teams across LATAM.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
Fluent English and Spanish.
