We are currently seeking a Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy of Grand Hyatt Los Cabos.
We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader capable of driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Oversee financial reporting, controls, and compliance
Drive cost optimization and profitability strategies
Partner with Operations and Executive Leadership
Ensure alignment with corporate financial standards
Idóneo Profile:
Previous experience in a senior finance role within luxury hospitality
Strong knowledge of financial controls and reporting
Proven track record in financial performance management
Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership approach
Advanced English proficiency required
