We are looking for a creative and operationally strong leader with a passion for gastronomy, capable of delivering exceptional dining experiences across all culinary outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all kitchen operations and culinary teams
Design and execute innovative menus aligned with brand standards
Ensure quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
Manage food cost, inventory, and supplier relationships
Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
Idóneo Profile
Previous experience as Executive Chef within luxury hospitality
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven experience in multi-outlet operations
High creativity with strong operational focus
Advanced English proficiency required
