This role is focused exclusively onSoftPlan, and candidates must have prior experience using this software in a professional setting.Key ResponsibilitiesUseSoftPlandaily to assist in the production of residential design deliverables.Create and modifyfloor plans, elevations, sections,



and3D models.Generateconstruction documentsandprint-ready drawing setsdirectly from the model in real time using SoftPlan.Collaborate directly with the client to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.Follow clear instructions and produce high-quality work with minimal oversight.Proficiency inSoftPlan(this is theONLYsoftware used)Prior experience inU.S.
residential design projects.Ability to workindependentlyand manage tasks without frequent follow-ups.Strong understanding of architectural drafting and construction documentation.Familiarity withSoftPlan Cloud, and ability to work with tools likeGoogle DriveorDropboxfor file sharing.Good communication skills; comfort usingZoomorGoogle Meet.
