This role focuses on trip execution, driver monitoring and support, and delivering excellent service to our clients.




The Analyst will also be responsible for sharing operational results with customers on a monthly basis and supporting continuous process improvements.Main ResponsibilitiesExecute and monitor daily vehicle movement operations to ensure a high-quality service for clients and driversProvide support to drivers throughout the trip and ensure successful completion according to terms and conditionsAct as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates, support, and sharing monthly operational performance reportsIdentify and tackle operational issues, proposing and implementing solutions to improve efficiencyCollaborate in the creation and improvement of internal processes and routinesConduct basic analysis to generate insights and support decision-makingKey RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or operationsStrong ownership and ability to solve problems independentlyAbility to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersExcel / Google Sheets proficiency (basic analysis and reporting)Basic SQL knowledge is a plusAdvanced English and SpanishCurrently enrolled in or graduated from a relevant degree program#J-*****-Ljbffr
