About the RoleMirai RiskTech is looking for an Analyst to join our growing Consulting team.
This role will support operations across both the U.S. and Mexico, contributing to client support, consulting development and support project requirements.
Reporting to Supervisor position, the Consulting Analyst will work closely with the functional and technology experts to ensure smooth onboarding and business alignment.
Key Responsibilities In the initial stage, you will receive comprehensive training with our Technology and Finance teams to gain end-to-end expertise in consulting.
This includes strengthening your programming skills, learning new tools, and acquiring basic financial concepts.
After completing the training, you will join consulting projects with clients from leading banks in Mexico or the United States.
You will learn to:ÂUnderstand financial regulations and key concepts such as capital, provisions, and risk management to support project developmentGain theoretical and practical knowledge of relational databasesLearn and perform tasks to optimize complex IT scenariosIdentify and analyze client requirements and deliver high-quality outputsWork on code migration, testing,



initial and ongoing data loadingDevelop expertise in ETL processesReview and monitor testing activitiesÂLearn to develop using Python, Snowflake, and work with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and othersPrepare and present project deliverables according to quality standardYour profileWe are looking for an entry-level Analyst eager to learn and grow within the company, someone proactive, creative, and ready to support our processes with clients across the Americas.
Requirements:Bachelorâs degree in technology engineering, Systems, Mathematics, or a related field (recent graduate or final-year student)English level (B2+)Knowledge of SQL and PythonStrong analytical and technical skillsExcellent time management and task prioritization abilitiesTeamwork and interpersonal skillsA strong desire to learn about technology and finance in a consulting environmentÂLocationLocated in Mexico.
Remote position with occasional on-site activities depending on project schedules and company needs.
