Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Specialist with a strong retail background to support the execution of retail marketing initiatives across key accounts.
This role will be responsible for ensuring excellent retail visibility, coordinating training programs, developing marketing materials, and managing vendor payments.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with retail channels, understands in-store execution, and is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and integral teams.
Advanced English is required.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and monitor retail visibility initiatives, ensuring displays and in-store branding meet company standards.Coordinate the development, production, and deployment of POS materials and merchandising assets.Plan, organize, and deliver product training sessions for retail staff, promoters, and field teams.Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and product guides.Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and vendors to execute marketing activities.Manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment processes for marketing suppliers, ensuring timely processing and budget compliance.Track project timelines and ensure on-time execution of marketing initiatives.Support product launches, promotional campaigns,



and seasonal retail activations.Conduct retail visits to evaluate execution quality and identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution.Prepare reports, presentations, and execution summaries for management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a similar role within the consumer electronics, consumer goods, or retail industry.Solid experience working directly with major retail accounts and understanding retail operations and in-store execution.Experience coordinating agencies, vendors, and marketing suppliers.Experience managing purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payment processes.Experience developing and delivering retail training programs.Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Preferred SkillsStrong knowledge of retail execution and visual merchandising best practices.Excellent project management and organizational skills.High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented.
