We are looking for a Technical Presales Manager to join us as a technical director, responsible for leading technical presales and supporting Business Development initiatives, acting as the key technical reference for our clients across LATAM and the USARole Responsibilities:Participate as thetechnical leadin high-value services, working alongside multidisciplinary profiles and maintainingdirect interaction with clients.Business development and technical presales.You will participate in the preparation of presales activities and client presentations showcasing the integral and specific capabilities ofknowmad mood.
You will collaborate with the business development team in the implementation ofPoCs and pilot solutions, and accompany theCommercial and Business Development Directorsin client and prospect visits, representing the company from atechnical perspectiveand contributing to the generation of new business opportunities.Promotebest practices and infrastructurefor the execution of development projects (development ecosystem:code repositories, IaC, etc.).
Participate in differentevents representing knowmad mood,



acting as a technical extension of the company's leadership.Coordinate and provide technical leadershipin presales and services when more than one technological community is involved.Participate intechnical strategy meetingswith representatives from different technology communities to identify synergies and define technical strategies.Proposenew initiativesand technically lead them in collaboration with otherTechnical Leadersand members of theExpert Centerfrom other communities.Minimum Requirements:At least10 years of experience as a Software/Solutions Architect, including design, estimations, risk management, and implementation ofenterprise solutions across different technologies.At least5 years of experience as a Technical Lead, with strongteam leadership skillsand extensive experience withagile methodologies.Creativity and innovation mindset, with initiative to propose and lead new ways of working or organizing teams.At least4 years of experience supporting commercial activities, delivering presentations, defending technical solutions, and preparing technical presales.Ability togenerate business opportunities with clients.Residence in México is required.We need to strengthen our teams in both cities to occasionally attendclient or prospect meetingsand deliver presales presentations together with the business team.
