OverviewThe Americas Business Planning team works with sales leadership, product category teams, and a variety of internal support organizations to define, manage, and operationally execute business plans against defined strategic objectives.
As a member of this team, you will engage closely with US Commercial Print leadership to drive business execution of specialty product go‐to‐market excellence, developing and managing business management information reporting capabilities, and creating analytics that provide insight to improve business performance for our end‐user commercial transactional and managed sales teams.ResponsibilitiesPrint forecasting, CRM tool management, revenue reporting, and business planning tool management.Support US account coverage and sales rep assignments.Conduct and summarize complex data and business analyses to develop business plans.Construct reporting and analytic financial models, utilizing data from a variety of sources, with minimal direction.Help define metrics/KPIs required to measure business performance and compare presente data to forecasted values.Execute market research projects, gather intelligence on current industry and competitors, customer/partner trends, and summarize research findings tailored to evolving business needs.Work with cross‐functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process, and escalates issues as necessary.Make contributions to research and analyses on priority projects within established guidelines.Ad‐hoc business reporting, modeling, and special projects.QualificationsTypically 4–6 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance,
or related functional area.First‐level university degree.Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests.Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.Extensive knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.Very strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong project management skills.Developed relationship management skills.Ability to lead cross‐functional teams.Ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data.Job DetailsFull‐time position.
