Please join us and contribute to our goals with your new role asSAP S/4 HANA Functional SPOC - PP (m/f/diverse)at our location in San Luis Potosi.The SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the dedicated SAP Stream/ Module is responsible for coordinating and driving rollout activities for the SAP module of a defined rollout location.The role ensures an efficient and compliant rollout at site, drives kickoff, fit‐to‐template and system‐test sessions, manages user stories via JIRA, coordinates data migration and validation, creates and executes cutover plans, orchestrates post Go‐Live activities, facilitates communication between key users and leadership, trains key users, coordinates rollout of CT tools, substitutes for the Rollout Lead, and gains full process overview across SAP modules.Coordinates & Drives all rollout relevant activities for the SAP module for a defined rollout locationAssures an efficient and compliant rollout at site for the SAP moduleDrives Kick-Off, FitToTemplate and System-Test sessions in the plant locations and ensures a proper & fast handling of all findings/missing featuresOperates JIRA (TM) to steer the development of the referring IT teams and writes the Userstory to define the Business RequirementsCoordinates Data Migration actions to meet the System-Test schedule and validates migrated Data in the Test- & Productive SystemsCreates and executes independently the Cutover Plan before Go-Live and organizes Post GoLive activities for the respective SAP ModuleEstablishes a constant exchange between local Key-,



Power Users and the Location LeadTrains the Local Key Users incl.build up training plans for endusers/power usersCoordinates a rollout of CT tools (QDA, etc) in close exchange with the BA-, Country and Location teams for the respective SAP stream / SAP moduleSubstitutes/represents the Rollout Lead on requestGains full process overview for respective SAP module including good knowledge for other SAP modulesQualificationsAcademic Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management or comparable experience through several years of practical workSeveral years of experience in an SAP environment for at least one relevant SAP module and multinational environmentGood SAP knowledge for the respective SAP ModuleProject management skills and successful realization of at least one general/regional projectBusiness process knowledgeAbility to lead change and to lead by influence while also creating transparencyData analysis and problem-solving affinityFluent English language skills written and spoken; Spanish skills preferredAbility to think cross‐BA / cross‐function and to work in high‐visibility jobsEffective communication skills within different management levels, cultural styles and diverse teamsManagement and guidance of personnel in multinational, worldwide teamsApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination‐free ecosystem in Mexico; therefore, it is totally forbidden to request a pregnancy or HIV test as part of our selection processes.
