What We Look For
While we don't have an active opening right now, here are some of the key skills we typically seek in our Business Architects. We are open to different levels, so whether you're just starting out or you're already quite senior, we'd love to hear from you.
1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in Operations, Engineering, Product within a tech company
Data analysis & visualization skills, with experience using SQL (Advanced)



and Python (nice to have)
Ability to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency
Strong problem�solving and analytical thinking skills
A self�starter mindset—proactive and organized in tackling projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (most communication at Klar happens in English)
A collaborative spirit—we thrive on teamwork and shared success!
