and day‐to‐day operationsCreate the operational foundation that supports future growthInventory & FulfillmentImplement and manage inventory processes using Cin7Maintain accurate inventory records and stock controlsReceive inbound shipments and coordinate customer order fulfillmentManage serial number tracking, inventory movements, and inventory accuracySupport basic device preparation, configuration, and quality checks prior to shipmentLogistics, Imports & Vendor ManagementCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments throughout MexicoManage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, couriers, and suppliersMaintain import documentation and support compliance requirementsIdentify and resolve logistics bottlenecks before they impact customersCross-Functional OperationsPartner with Finance on invoicing, shipment confirmations, and operational reportingWork closely with Sales to forecast inventory needs and support customer ordersAssist with onboarding and operational support for Mexico-based employeesSupport customer onboarding activities and operational documentation when neededProcess ImprovementDevelop and document SOPs across inventory, fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and vendor managementTrack key operational metrics including inventory accuracy, turnaround times, shipping performance, and stock availabilityContinuously improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs,
