OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Marsh.This role will be based in Mexico City.This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.As a Senior Software Engineer at Marsh, you will lead the design and delivery of robust, scalable, and secure software architectures across multiple initiatives.You will collaborate closely across Technology and Operating Company IT teams, driving innovation while upholding the highest standards of integrity and service excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures aligned with business goals and enterprise standards.Architect cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.Oversee the integration and orchestration of AI agents and AI-driven systems, ensuring operational excellence.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and internal clients to define technical requirements and deliver successful projects.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.Conduct architectural reviews and enforce best practices in software development, integration, security, and infrastructure.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Advocate for security best practices, data protection, and compliance throughout the software lifecycle.QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer,
