About the CompanyWe are a fast-growing startup transforming access to credit through innovative point-of-sale (POS) lending solutions.Our platform enables merchants to offer seamless financing options to customers, driving sales growth while improving financial inclusion.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly analytical and proactiveCollection Analystto join ourRisk (Customer Value Management)team.This role will focus on designing and optimizing collection strategies, improving recovery performance, and driving analytical initiatives across the collections lifecycle.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with experience in consumer lending environments and is comfortable working with experimentation, automation, and large datasets.You will partner closely with Risk, Operations, Tech, and Collections stakeholders to translate insights into scalable operational improvements.Requirements2–5 years of experience in analytical roles withinCollections, Credit Risk, Portfolio Management, Consumer Lending, Fintech, Banking, Credit Cards, BNPL, or SOFOM environmentsStrong experience working with collections analytics and recovery strategiesAdvanced SQL knowledge, including data structures, optimization, indexes, execution plans, and partitioningHands-on experience using Python for analysis, automation,
