you will work among engineering teams to develop cutting-edge software solutions.We are seeking an Operations Engineer to work with various clients at our delivery center in Mexico.Our mission at Apex Systems is providing Insights that Inspire.In this role you will help achieve that mission by giving our clients consultative guidance and technical expertise.ResponsibilitiesHands-on, technically involved, and tasked with troubleshooting infrastructure issues.Technical Support: Resolve alerts related to system failures, network issues, or resource constraints.Escalation: When problems exceed their capacity, escalate them to higher-level engineers or specialized teams.Qualifications2+ years of professional experience as Operations/Infrastructure Engineer or similar role in a large IT environment.Ability to work across different platforms (Windows/Linux).
Cloud technologies, and virtualized environments.Experience troubleshooting network issues, tickets and escalations.Experience working in fast-paced environments.
