Must be able to work during US Pacific time zone hoursMust be English fluent (C2)Must be able to work during US Pacific time zone hoursThe IT Specialist is a key member of the Inviso IT team.We are looking for a highly organized individual with the drive to use technical skills while providing superb customer support.The position will serve as the primary resource for mid-level global end-user support, and the candidate must be able to work in a fast-moving environment, including triaging and prioritizing issues and incidents while maintaining strong and professional customer service.Key ActivitiesAdministration, support, and configuration of Microsoft 365 and related services for staffDeploying and provisioning new users and equipmentAssisting users with day-to-day account administration (lockouts, password resets, onboarding/offboarding, permissions, security)Monitoring and updating hardware inventoryProviding end-user trainingUnderstanding and prioritizing Inviso Service Center ticketsPerforming new VM and test server deploymentsContacting and working cooperatively and professionally with external third-party vendors as neededAssisting with testing new and/or updated technologiesAssisting with development and updates of technical and support documentationAdvising and assisting with specialized technical projects and internal auditsRequired Qualifications3 to 5 years of relevant experienceExperience with Microsoft 365 services (Intune, Defender, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online)Experience with Windows 11 in a Hybrid Identity environmentExcellent oral and written communication, organizational,
