Founded by leading medical school professors, it is scaling rapidly across multiple US markets and is building a brand-new Client Intake team to support surging patient volume.About the RoleThe Patient Navigator owns two phases of the patient journey.
On the front end, they pick up inbound calls, lead pre-scheduled 15-minute video intro calls, screen for financing readiness and benefits eligibility,



and book qualified patients for clinical consultations.Core ResponsibilitiesInbound Call Management & Front-End Patient ScreeningPick up inbound calls at a *****% rate during business hoursAttend 100% of pre-scheduled 15-minute video intro calls with potential patientsScreen patients using structured financing-readiness and benefits-eligibility questionsEducate potential patients on the client's non-surgical procedure offering in an educational, rapport-driven mannerBook qualified patients for clinical consultations with nurse practitionersPost-Consultation Warm Handoff & Closing SupportJoin the last 10 minutes of medical consultations conducted by nurse practitionersWalk patients through next steps, payment logistics, and financing optionsSchedule follow-up calls for patients with outstanding questionsDrive conversion from warm handoff to final payment and closingDocumentation, Systems & Metrics TrackingDocument all patient interactions in the company's EHR system (calls, texts, scheduling)Maintain HIPAA-compliant workflows and data-handling protocolsTrack consultation booking rate and warm-handoff close rate from Day 1Collaborate with the team via Google Workspace (Google Chat as primary channel)RequirementsMust-Have2+ years of US healthcare experience in a patient-facing role (intake, coordination, scheduling, patient services, telehealth support, or clinical)Hands-on experience handling high-volume inbound patient calls and conducting scheduled video-based patient conversationsDemonstrated experience discussing payment, financing,
