DescriptionWe are hiring a Dayforce Implementation Project Manager to support a full HRIS transition from Insperity to Dayforce for a U.S.-based company with approximately 1,100 employees.This is a specialized role for someone who has already led a Dayforce implementation end to end.
The company needs a dedicated expert who can help lead the implementation across planning, coordination, execution, and post-launch stabilization.ResponsibilitiesLead the Dayforce implementation from planning through go-live and post-launch supportManage the project plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and timelineAct as the internal Dayforce subject matter expert and guide stakeholders on best practices and implementation decisionsCoordinate across HR, payroll, IT, operations, and the Dayforce implementation teamEnsure the right internal stakeholders are engaged at the right stages of the projectSupport testing, issue tracking,
