and generating insights on spend, suppliers, and compliance gaps to deliver high-quality analytics, enable visibility into sourcing opportunities, and support sourcing and contracting activities through data-driven outputs.Your Impact As Integral Procurement Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Spend analytics execution Extract and cleanse data (PO, invoices, spend, suppliers) Identify gaps, anomalies, and opportunities Build base analysis (price trends, supplier fragmentation, compliance gaps) Build and maintain:Power BI dashboardsExcel modelsWhite space trackers Ensure data accuracy and refresh cycles RFX execution (end-to-end)Prepare RFP documentsRun events in E-sourcing platformsManage supplier communicationCompile and structure supplier responses RFX execution and E-auctions (end-to-end)Prepare RFP documentsRun events in AribaManage supplier communicationCompile and structure supplier responses Contract Management - uploads to CLM, simple amendment creation
