OverviewWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition / Talent Optimization professional for a diversified integral manufacturer.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and lead activities related to Workday Implementation, ensuring smooth deployment, configuration, and optimization across relevant modules.Drive initiatives within Workday Talent Optimization, focusing on process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices.Manage and support Workday Advanced Compensation, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support during annual compensation cycles.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.Provide ongoing production support, issue resolution, and continuous system enhancements.Participate in testing, documentation, governance, and change management processes as required.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role,



supporting HR systems and processes.At least 3 years of hands-on experience using Workday, including implementation and/or ongoing support.Proven experience supporting talent cycles, performance management, and compensation planning.Strong functional knowledge of Workday Talent Optimization.Expertise in the Workday Advanced Compensation module is a strong plus.Advanced English level is mandatory (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholders across different levels.Experience with Workday reporting, including custom objects and calculated fields.ScheduleMonday to Friday | 9:00 am – 6:00 pmContract TypeStarting, One-year contractSalary RangeMXN $45,000 – $55,000 gross monthlyBenefitsBenefits according to Mexican Law#J-*****-Ljbffr
