This opportunity is for you.We are looking for a Trial Experience Specialist to become a trusted partner for users during their trial period—providing consultative guidance, understanding their business goals, and helping them unlock maximum value from the platform from the very beginning.What you'll do:Identify, engage, and nurture new customer relationships during the trial periodUnderstand customer needs and align solutions with their business goalsProvide consultative trial support to maximize conversion from trial to paid customersClearly communicate and demonstrate the value proposition of a SaaS platform (Capture, Nurture & Close)Engage with customers via Zoom, phone, SMS, email,



and other digital channelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutionsProvide basic technical support during the trial phase when neededWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS environment0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Development, Technical Sales, or related rolesStrong technical aptitude and comfort with digital toolsKnowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, Social Media, Funnels, and SEO (preferred)Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical languageProactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learningWhy this role?
