At FORVIA HELLA, we are looking for a Quality Specialist III (QLAB) to ensure reliable testing methods, robust validation processes, and compliance with international quality standards in our electronics laboratory.Role ObjectiveTo execute and ensure high-quality standards in laboratory testing and validation processes for electronic components, guaranteeing accurate measurement systems, compliance with ISO standards, and reliable results for internal and customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality & Laboratory ProcessesPerform analysis of failures and ensure proper use of quality tools.Execute and validate functional tests for electronic components and systems.Ensure compliance with ISO ***** and other applicable laboratory standards.Analyze electronic circuits to support troubleshooting and validation activities.Maintain accuracy and reliability in testing processes and measurement systems.Testing & ValidationConduct functional tests (electronics) and thermal chamber evaluations.Differentiate and apply verification vs. calibration processes.Interpret and validate test results against specifications and requirements.Support design of experiments (DOE) for validation and testing activities.Problem Solving & AnalysisApply failure analysis methodologies (visual inspection, functional, electrical/mechanical testing, cross-section, X-ray, etc.).
Identify root causes and propose corrective actions.Support replication of failures under controlled laboratory conditions.Communication & CollaborationWork closely with internal teams and customers to address quality concerns.Communicate test results, deviations, and improvement opportunities effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in multidisciplinary environments.Advanced Systems (Desirable)Support validation activities related to ADAS systems, including:Data acquisition from sensors (e.G., cameras).
Signal processing within ECUs.Decision-making and output validation to sensors.Your QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields).
ExperienceMore than 2 up to 3 years of experience in quality analysis, laboratory testing,



and customer interaction.LanguageAdvanced English.MustsKnowledge of ISO ***** laboratory standards.Experience in electronic functional testing and failure analysis.Understanding of electronic circuits analysis.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and organization capabilities.Ability to work in cross-functional teams.Nice To HaveExperience or knowledge in ADAS systems.Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE).
